Pictures from "Cab Camp" in beautiful Paso Robles, Ca.

Hey wine fans! Sorry I took a hiatus from the Blog. Just got crazy busy there for a minute while I took over the management of West Restaurant at the Hotel Angeleno, in beautiful Los Angeles California. Besides being their GM, I am the wine director and beverage manager.

I will post the article which just came out in the new Somm Journal about the winemaker dinner I did with Shane Finley (see teaser above) when it comes out.

I will also be posting pictures of an incredible Sommelier's journey to Paso Robles, where I attended "Cab Camp", earlier in the month, which was 3 days of tasting some of the best Cabernet Sauvignons to come out of Paso Robles. 20 sommeliers and wine buyers from SoCal went up and spent time in the vineyards talking soil, clones, terroir, barrels, and all that fun wine-geeky stuff! Oh and dinners at Daou, Justin, and Cass weren't too shabby either!
